Energy Saving Function

The T6861 includes an energy-saving mode that can be activated through a dry contact or button operation.

When energy-saving mode is active, the thermostat automatically adjusts the temperature setpoint to help reduce unnecessary energy consumption.

• Heating setback range: 10°C to 21°C
• Default heating setback: 18°C
• Cooling setback range: 22°C to 32°C
• Default cooling setback: 26°C
• Setpoints can be adjusted in 0.5°C increments through Installer Set-Up (ISU).

For thermostats configured for Automatic Changeover (ACO), a configurable dead band between heating and cooling setpoints helps provide stable and efficient system operation.
